A first participation to the main fair in the drawing art world, bringing a selection of about forty artwork on paper from 17th to 19th century addressing a range of themes: French drawing at the turn of the 18th century, during the ‘second reign’ of Louis XIV; the representation of artists – in their early years or at the height of their career; preparatory drawings for printmaking; views of classical antiquity; and the particular attraction of Naples.

Thirty works on paper from 17th to 19th century and a focus on the Neapolitan artist Vincenzo Volpe (1855-1929), a friend of Antonio Mancini and Vincenzo Gemito. Twelve unpublished academies from his early years at the Istituto di Belle Arti of Naples.
